“The Chosen” starring Theodore Bikel featuring John Lloyd Young by Aaron Posner is a dramatic play based on the novel by Chiam Potok that focuses on the friendship between two Jewish boys, Danny Saunders and Reuven Malter, who come from very different backgrounds: one from a Hasidic family and the other from a more modern Orthodox family.
